Founder and director, Leonie Huie BEM, is an education advisor specialising BTEC and school governance support. She has over 20 years experience within education system having successfully taught BTEC Health & Social Care in secondary schools and 6th forms across the city of London and was awarded a British Empire Medal in the Queens New Year's Honours List 2021 for services to education. Leonie has been a head of year, middle manager, NQT and NPQSL mentor. She has a Masters in Teaching & Learning and a National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL). Leonie has produced certified CPD training videos and courses on governance for the National College.

With a passion for education Leonie has always been a BTEC champion having studied a course herself.
