At Huie Consulting, we specialise in providing tailored support and guidance to teachers and educators delivering BTEC/AAQ subjects. Our bespoke services are designed to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the assistance and resources necessary to teach effectively. An initial online meeting to discuss the support needed.

Confirmation of service email.

Complete a needs analysis form - detailing the support you need.

Half day or full day support to discuss your requirements and draft an initial plan of action.

You will receive a bespoke package which may include strategies to implement into your teaching/curriculum, resources, support with vocational paperwork, assessment and marking.

Additionally, we can support with vocational preparation for internal and external moderation, and a curriculum review.

We also provide 1:1 and group support for students that need help completing coursework.
Whether you need short or long term support our aim is to leave you feeling confident and at ease with delivering your vocational course to your pupils.

AAQs (Alternative Academic Qualifications) are new, high-quality Level 3 qualifications in England, developed by the DfE (Department for Education), designed to sit alongside A-Levels, offering applied learning for students progressing to higher education, with blended assessment (exams + coursework) and clearer university pathways, launched from August 2025 in subjects like Health & Social Care, IT, and Science.
